  3. Cancellation Within Cooling-Off Period: For new subscribers, we offer a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of subscription. If you cancel within this period and have not used the service extensively (e.g., streamed for less than 2 hours), you may be eligible for a full refund.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  1. Change of Mind: Refunds are not available if you simply change your mind after the 7-day cooling-off period or if you have used the service extensively.
  2. User-Related Issues: Issues caused by your device, internet connection, or improper use of the service do not qualify for a refund.
  3. Promotional or Discounted Plans: Subscriptions purchased under promotional offers or discounted rates are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
  4. Account Suspension: If your account is suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Use (e.g., sharing login credentials or engaging in unauthorized activities), no refund will be issued.

  2. Provide your account details, including the email address used for subscription and the transaction ID.
  3. Clearly state the reason for your refund request.
